Free parking and no admission fees.
Vendors, all sales are final, no exceptions. Proceeds benefit the church. Fair will go on rain or shine.
808 Craft and Gift Fairs along with Nuuanu Congregational Church is not responsible for lost/stolen or broken items. Vendors are responsible for their own booth, products, displays.
Vendors are responsible for taxes, insurance permits required by the State of Hawaii.
808 Craft and Gift Fairs, Nuuanu Congregational Church, Lauren Mori and any affiliates will not be held liable for losses, damages and stolen property.
tables and chairs are NOT provided but available for rent - table $30 and chairs $10
Event hours: 10-2:30 pm
70+ vendors pop up every 3rd Saturday throughout the mall. You will find the latest trends, locally made products, exclusives found only at our events, artisans, crafters, jewelers, direct sellers, resellers, packaged snack vendors, exclusives, made in Hawaii, Korean and Japan products vendors, stationary, DIY projects & more!
1. Covered lanai spaces (you must bring your own table and chairs) Must stay within 6x5 space including chairs, displays. There will be 2' between each vendor - not to be used. Additional half spaces are available.
2. 10x10 spaces (vendor to bring their own tent, 20# weights per leg, tables, chairs, displays)
3. 1.5 space 10x5 covered lanai
No parking in the customer lot. ALL vendors must find street parking, no exceptions. Vendors (their workers, employees, helpers or anyone else associated with the booth) who are found parking in the lot will be banned for 6 months from returning to any of our events. Immediately after unloading (do not set up until you park) please find street parking.
It is your responsibility to let your workers/helpers/family staying for more than 2 hours where they need to park.
Set up BEGINS from 8:00 am (new vendors) and NO EARLIER. We kindly ask that you allow us this time to mark spaces and finalize details.
808 Craft and Gift Fairs is NOT responsible for any vendor’s losses, resulting from damage, theft or shoplifting. Purchasing business insurance is highly recommended.
Vendors MUST provide their chairs, tablecloths and any other equipment used by vendor. Vendor MUST stay within their purchased space only.
Vendors are responsible for cleaning up their area before leaving the facility, including throwing out trash, etc. Failing to do so could result in non-participation in future fairs.
Cancellation policy: No refunds or exchanges, all sales final. Vendors may purchase, at their own expense, insurance to cover booth fees if an emergency arises. Fair goes on rain or shine and will not be cancelled.
All returned checks will be assessed a $35.00 fee and possible disqualification from attending future fairs.
Vendors are placed in spaces according to when payment is received.
Your booth fee payment serves as your agreement and compliance to our rules and regulations. Vendor agrees to the terms stated here in the event description.
All sales final and fair goes on rain or shine.
