Island Pacific Academy 6-12th Grade Cultural and Food Fundraiser

🎉Flavors of IPA with grades 6-12 participating in cultures including Hawaiian, Japanese and others. Enjoy free samples and craft making.

💥World Language Festival, another 6-12th graders and families, will include cultural dances performed by our students, student reated puppet show as well as various student presentations.

Crafts, food trucks, packaged snacks and more!

The event will feature a wide variety of offerings, including locally made products, packaged snacks, hot food, specialty drinks, and jewelry.

You will also find the latest trends, direct sellers such as Tupperware,resellers, imports from Japan and Korea, and unique, one-of-a-kind items.

Admission and parking are both free for all attendees. We look forward to seeing you there.

Food Vendors/trucks must provide insurance, permits and licensed kitchen certificate.

 Fair goes on rain or shine.  All Sales Final, no refunds or date changes

 Vendors will  assume full liability and responsibility regarding warranty and guarantee of products being sold. 

 808 Craft and Gift Fairs and Island Pacific Academy are NOT responsible for any vendor’s losses, resulting from damage, theft or shoplifting.

 SET-UP: Set up begins at 2:00 am and no earlier.

 Vendors MUST provide their own chairs, tablecloths and any other equipment used 
by vendor. Vendor MUST stay within their purchased space only.

 Vendors are responsible for cleaning up their area before leaving the facility, including 
throwing out trash, etc. Failing to do so could result in non-participation in future fairs. 

 Cancellation policy: No refunds or exchanges, all sales final. Vendors may purchase, at their own expense, insurance to cover booth fees if an emergency arises. Fair goes on rain or shine and will not be cancelled.

 All returned checks will be assessed a $35.00 fee and possible disqualification from attending future fairs.

Your payment is your confirmation of the rules and regulations regarding the fair.
