Kahala Elementary School Craft & Vendor Fair

                          November 1st and December 6th  9 am -2 pm

Prices are per date, per fair

Food trucks/booths (hot ready to eat)     $175

Covered lanai 8x5     $150

half cafe table (table provided)  $150

Set up from 7 am.  Vendors must find street parking.

Fair goes on rain or shine.  All Sales Final!

Hot food vendors:  Please provide a copy of the following:

insurance, food permit, handlers license.

 Vendors will  assume full liability and responsibility regarding warranty and guarantee

of products being sold. 

 808 Craft and Gift Fairs, Kahala Elementary School, DOE, Lauren Mori are NOT responsible for any vendor’s losses, resulting from damage, theft or shoplifting.
 SET-UP: Set up begins at 7:00 am
 Vendors MUST provide their  chairs, tablecloths and any other equipment used 
by vendor. Vendor MUST stay within their purchased space only.
 Vendors are responsible for cleaning up their area before leaving the facility, including 
throwing out trash, etc. Failing to do so could result in non-participation in future fairs. 
 Cancellation policy: No refunds or exchanges, all sales final. Vendors may purchase, at their own expense, insurance to cover booth fees if an emergency arises. Fair goes on rain or shine and will not be cancelled.
 All returned checks will be assessed a $25.00 fee and possible disqualification from attending future fairs.
