We are pleased to announce the 2026 Pearl City Shopping Center Craft and Gift Fairs, held on the first Sunday of every month at 850 Kamehameha Highway.

Event Details:

- Schedule: January–November (10:00 AM – 2:30 PM) | December (11:00 AM – 6:30 PM)

- Location: Upstairs near Bank of Hawaii/McDonald’s and downstairs near Dave’s Ice Cream.

- Setup: Begins at 8:00 AM.  Fair hours 10 am-2:30 pm - Vendors are not allowed to leave early without prior authorization.

Vendor Information & Rates:

- Single Date: $145. (Multi-date discounts are available).

- 10x10 Uncovered Spaces: Vendors must provide their own tent, tables, and weights.

- 6x5 Covered Spaces: Includes 2' of access space (not for selling). Please bring your own  6' table.  NO ADDITIONAL RACKS, DISPLAYS, CHAIRS ALLOWED. 

- 1.5 spaces $185

- Returning Vendors: Please sign up by 12/31/2025 to secure your current space(s).

6 month package deal vendors - please contact us for dates participating.  Any changes made after your selections will incur a $25 change fee, per change.

Payment:

Spaces are assigned based on when payment is received. To secure a specific area, early booking is recommended. To pay by check, please mail checks postdated for the 1st of each month to:

Rules and Regulations:

- Parking: All vendors must park in the First Hawaiian Bank lot (stalls facing Kam Hwy) or under McDonald’s. No parking in customer lots. Failure to comply will result in forfeiture of future participation.

- Load-in: Unload your vehicle completely before starting setup.

- Professionalism: Vendors must stay within their purchased space, provide their own chairs/tablecloths, and clean their area before leaving.

- Taxes/Liability: Vendors are responsible for their own GET licenses and assume full liability for their products. 808 Craft and Gift Fairs is not responsible for losses due to damage or theft.

- Cancellations: All sales are final; no refunds or exchanges. Fairs are held rain or shine.
