'Ilima at Leihano Kupuna Fair October 29th Fair 9 am -1 pm

OVERVIEW: The 'Ilima at Leihano Wellness Fair will be held on the grounds of the 'Ilima at Leihano senior living community on Thursday, October 29, 2026, running  from 9 a.m. – 1 p.m. ‘Ilima is located at 739 Leihano Street and vendor parking will be available. Celebrating 10 years of providing independent living, assisted living, memory care and an island-inspired lifestyle for residents, ‘Ilima at Leihano is situated on a vibrant campus and within a dynamic neighborhood in the heart of Kapolei, and is connected to a community of partners, businesses, and local families.

OPPORTUNITY: Craft, artisan, food, gift, and wellness-inspired vendors are invited to participate. The event will be supported by a marketing campaign including traditional media outreach conducted by Becker Communications. A notable event emcee and musical talent are being secured for the festivities. Raffles will be conducted with prizes throughout the morning, and vendors are invited to contribute items of their choice along with business cards/branding to the raffle for further exposure. The first 100 guests will also get a free 'Ilima tote bag and welcome goodies.

SET-UP: Vendors are asked to bring their own 10x10 tent, table and chairs. Teams will be onsite to assist check-in and direction. Check-in/set-up will be open on the morning of the event (October 29) from 7 a.m. – 8:45 a.m. Tents may also be set up the day prior between 3 p.m. – 6 p.m. with notice. Kindly keep in mind the time you’ll require for load-in to assess the best arrival time for you/your team during these windows. Should special requests be required for your particular needs, please note details below so the event teams can approve and coordinate logistics. While vendors are to bring their own booth, some supplemental supplies and/or labor assistance may be available for kūpuna-run businesses by request. 'Ilima is not responsible for vendor’s losses resulting from damage, theft or shoplifting.

All booth fees are non refundable.  Fair goes on rain or shine.
