- Location: 91-1401 Fort Weaver Rd.
- Setup: Begins at 8:00 AM. Fair hours 10 am-2:00 pm - Vendors are not allowed to leave early without prior authorization.
Vendor Information & Rates:
1. 10x10 spaces (vendor to bring their own tent, 20# weights per leg, tables, chairs, displays)
2. 80% handcrafted (please email pictures of your items)

Set up BEGINS from 8:00 am (new vendors) and NO EARLIER. We kindly ask that you allow us this time to mark spaces and finalize details.

Liability and Policies:
- Liability: Vendors assume full responsibility for the warranty and guarantee of their products. 808 Craft and Gift Fairs, Ewa Town Shopping Center, Devin Nakasone, and Lauren Mori are not responsible for any damage, theft, or loss.
808 Craft and Gift Fairs is NOT responsible for any vendor’s losses, resulting from damage, theft or shoplifting. Purchasing business insurance is highly recommended.
Vendors MUST provide their chairs, tablecloths and any other equipment used by vendor. Vendor MUST stay within their purchased space only.
Vendors are responsible for cleaning up their area before leaving the facility, including throwing out trash, etc. Failing to do so could result in non-participation in future fairs.
Cancellation policy: No refunds or exchanges, all sales final. Vendors may purchase, at their own expense, insurance to cover booth fees if an emergency arises. Fair goes on rain or shine and will not be cancelled.
All returned checks will be assessed a $35.00 fee and possible disqualification from attending future fairs.
Promotions:
Vendors should promote the event via social media and email. Please tag us or add us as collaborators on your posts so we can share your content.

- Promotional Service: "Live" sessions with Devin Nakasone are available on Wednesdays at 7:00 PM. Please email us for more information.
You may also book a featured "Live" spot for the day of the event for $20 (limited to 10 vendors). Please book these sessions on our website.
Final Reminders
Please arrive with your map and space assignment ready. New vendors will find their names taped to the ground at their assigned spot; please remove the tape upon arrival.
If you have questions, please contact us at least two days before the event. We are unable to respond to inquiries immediately preceding the fair.
Vendors are placed in spaces according to when payment is received.
Returning vendors will have the option to renew BEFORE their last payment. Please sign up early so we can accommodate your requests.
Your booth fee payment serves as your agreement and compliance to our rules and regulations. Vendor agrees to the terms stated here in the event description.
