The Waterfront Plaza Harbor days offers a vibrant shopping experience featuring food trucks, a diverse selection of crafters, packaged snacks, apparel, jewelry, toys, baby items, direct sellers, resellers, and unique Korean and Japanese imports.

Hot food vendors: Please provide a copy of the following:
insurance, food permit, handlers license. If using a generator, please let us know -generators are allowed in certain areas of the fair.

Vendor Setup and Requirements
- Set-Up Time: Setup begins at 7:00 AM. No early birds, please.
- Mandatory Equipment: Vendors MUST provide their own:
- 10x10 tent
- 20-pound weights per tent leg (Failure to have these will prevent you from setting up.)
- 6x5 space - no table/chairs provided. Spaces are right next to each other so only a single 6' table is allowed - no racks, displays or anything else next to your table. 2' access between each booth.
- 9x5 space
- Chairs
- Tablecloths
- Any other equipment needed.
- Space: Vendors MUST stay within their purchased space only.
- Clean-up: Vendors are responsible for cleaning their area before leaving the facility, including throwing out all trash. Failure to do so may result in non-participation in future fairs.
Liability and Policy
- Vendors assume full liability and responsibility regarding the warranty and guarantee of products being sold.
- Disclaimer: 808 Craft and Gift Fairs, Waterfront Towers, Devin Nakasone, and Lauren Mori are NOT responsible for any vendor losses resulting from damage, theft, or shoplifting.
- Returned Checks: All returned checks will be assessed a $35.00 fee and may result in disqualification from attending future fairs.
- Cancellation Policy: All sales are final. There are no refunds or exchanges. The fair is rain or shine and will not be canceled. Vendors may purchase insurance at their own expense to cover booth fees if an emergency arises.
Promotion
Vendors , we kindly ask you to promote the fair on their social media, through emails, and by inviting customers. All businesses advertise, and vendors are no different. Those who do not participate in promotion will likely see a difference in sales. As a promoter, our job is to get customers to the event, not to guarantee sales.
Promotional Service
We offer a "Live" promotional service with Devin Nakasone on Wednesdays at 7:00 PM at Blue Tropix or a similar location. If you are unable to appear, Devin can still showcase your products. Please book your Live session separately on our website.
Final Reminders
Vendors are responsible for reading the confirmation set-up instructions and complying with all rules.
Please come to the fair prepared with your map and space assignment. New vendors, your name will be taped to the ground (please remove your name from the ground when you arrive). If you have any questions after viewing the map, please reach out to us. This will eliminate confusion the day of the event.
Please contact us by Thursday at 5:00 PM before the event. We will not be able to take calls after 5:00 PM due to last-minute preparations.
Vendors are responsible to read the confirmation set up instructions and comply with the rules. If you have any questions, please contact us the Thursday of the event by 5 pm. We will not take calls after 5pm -we are extremely busy with last minute details, promoting and marketing.
When you sign up and pay for your booth, you agree to the terms and conditions of this event. This serves as your contract.
